Bob began his musical journey when he would sit in the backyard at his Uncle Charley Westbury, Long Island
house and he would play songs like "Ghost riders In The sky" on his old F" hole Silvertone guitar. Even
though he hadn't changed those strings in years it still sounded like the most beautiful sound that I had ever heard. I stopped for a long while in order to work, have a family and generally lose myself in other endeavors. Years later
I would pick up the guitar again since I wanted to emote something, feel something, apply my thoughts and wishes into a direction.
This psychological tug expanded into my performing in local bars, pubs and restaurants. It wasn't until my grandson
Austin was born that I realized that if my songs were to be meaningful to him, they better be meaningful to me too.
